Our Seafarers Employment Agreement (SEA) covers include attractive salary package, excellent welfare package, sufficient duration of contracts, overtime payment, end of contract bonus, paid vacation, transportation allowance, proper hours of rest, refreshers trainings, family insurance cover and good medical care, safety and security, etc.
Our signed Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) complies with the requirements of MLC 2006 and the ITF recommendations to satisfy the needs of our team members.

Cadetship:
Vessel Operators Ltd has launched cadetship and on board training programme 2023 to develop graduates from Nautical Colleges, Maritime Academies and Maritime Universities pursuing career as seafarers.
Our cadetship and on board training also provides apprenticeship opportunities for applicants with SSCE or secondary school set qualification who are 18 years and above wishing to become seafarers through on board training. This programme can take up to 36 months of on board training at sea.
